For those of us out there (like my department) that are still on CS3 due to CS4 upgrade costs and budgeting, I was recently tasked to gather productivity and ROI information regarding upgrading our department to CS4 and was amazed at the depth of the information Adobe and Pfeiffer Consulting (an independent research firm) provided.
